is a fabulous small hotel comprised of 27 rooms located on the corner of Frenchmen Street and Esplanade Avenue. It is a collection of three, 19th Century Creole Cottages renovated into a unique hotel. The rooms are comprised of standard rooms and suites furnished with antiques, both original and reproductions, in the style of the original period of the cottages. The two main suites on the second floor have
a 1,000 square foot rooftop deck that is completely tiled and decorated with turn of the century tables, chairs and a bar for guests to use for parties. The many street side balconies and interior balconies add character to the structure while providing guests with a view of the entertainment located on Frenchmen Street below.
CSM Realty, along with partners Kupperman Companies and Sandstone Development, acquired the property in 2018
